I hereby release and waive my rights to sue Toy Soldier Training, its officers, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents, representatives, and any other individuals associated with Toy Soldier Training (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

I willingly and freely assume all risks associated with me and my child(ren) participation in Toy Soldier Training activities, including but not limited to, risk of injury, illness, and damage to my person or property. I understand the specific risks associated with training.

I consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the activities.

I agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in the Toy Soldier Training activities, whether online, in-person, or otherwise.

I grant Toy Soldier Training the right to take photographs or video footage of me/my child(ren) during my participation in activities. I authorize Toy Soldier Training to use such media for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to, publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and safety procedures established by Toy Soldier Training for my well-being and to minimize the risk of injury or contraction of diseases.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We do not issue refunds for purchases. If you are not available for the event that you signed up for, and have not communicated your absences ahead of time, you are not eligible for refund/reschedule. If you notify Coach Toy 24 hours in advance that you will no longer be able to attend the event/session you signed up for, rescheduling may be an option but not guaranteed. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
